How can I get a refund for an item I’ve bought?

We always encourage artists to present their work to buyers as well as they can — alas, that means that sometimes a presentation might be better than the product itself! Therefore, if you bought a 3D model or other item and then found out that its description and screenshots actually misrepresent the item, please let us know about that as soon as possible (by the way, we work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day) and we will try to settle the issue.

If something is plainly wrong with the item — say, its quality is too low and/or some files are not as per description — you might be eligible for a refund. Please keep in mind that you must inform us on the problem within 7 days from the purchase — so it’s better to get in touch with us at once, or we might not be able to help you!

An important note: Our refund policy applies only to the file formats made available by the artist, not to converted files. Therefore, if you are buying a file to have it converted into the format you need, make sure that you are familiar with our Conversion Policy:

Please note that upon receiving a refund you are legally obliged to destroy all copies of the files (contained on any type of media) you’ve been refunded for, and we will ask you to sign a binding document stipulating that you no longer have the right to keep or use any of those files.

If you have any doubt, it’s highly advisable that you get in touch with our Support Dept. (please feel free doing that anytime, any day of the week) before making a purchase, and we’ll be happy to provide you with necessary information so that you can make an educated decision.
