With the latest 3DExport update, videos added to a product description can now automatically appear in the product gallery. Follow these steps to make it work.

Step 1 — Choose a Supported Platform

Make sure your video is hosted on one of the supported platforms:

• YouTube

• Vimeo

• Sketchfab

Step 2 — Add the Video to the Product Description

You can add the video in one of two ways:

Option A — Embed the video

• Copy the link from YouTube, Vimeo, or Sketchfab (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s78yqoqYS3dp)

• Paste it via the open window of the Video icon in the product description editor

Option B — Paste a direct link

• Copy the regular (full) video URL ()

• Paste the link into the product description

• Do not use shortened links

Step 3 — Save the Product

After saving, the system will automatically:

• Detect the video in the description

• Add it to the product gallery

• Include it in the product image carousel

Result

The video will appear alongside your product images in the gallery, providing a richer and more informative presentation for buyers.
