The Marketplaces’ Copyright Policy

Here’s some information on copyright:

Copyright is a form of intellectual property that gives the author of an original work exclusive right to it, usually for a limited period. Copyright holders decide whether others can use, adapt, or resell their work and have the right to be credited for that work.

Only the copyright holder of a work is entitled to do the following:

  • Make copies and distribute them;
  • Modify the work in any way or create derivative works;
  • Sell the original work or its modified version;
  • Provide licenses to use the work, either free of charge or for a fee.

Please note that authors retain copyright to their work even if they don’t state that fact explicitly.

3DExport Marketplaces takes the copyright infringement issue very seriously. If we learn that some item is put on sale in our store against the copyright law, we will act accordingly.
