I have a problem with the item I’ve bought!

If you cannot download the item you paid for, or it happens to be corrupted, or you discover that it doesn’t work with your software — please make sure to notify our Support Dept. on that issue within seven days from the purchase. We will try to get in touch with the vendor and fix the problem as soon as possible. If the product still doesn’t work as expected, we will refund your money.
