The licensing terms are identical to those of a Royalty Free License, with the exception that using the product for machine learning or the training of neural network models, including generative AI models, is not allowed.

You may use the products for machine learning or the training of neural network models, including generative AI, exclusively for researching, creating, developing, and testing new tools, features, services, or technologies related to 3DExport. These may be developed by 3DExport, its subcontractors, or partners unless the Seller has chosen to opt out by licensing the product under the “No AI” designation. 3DExport will always retain this license for products offered as a free download. The Seller explicitly agrees that any such technologies, tools, software, databases, training neural network models, and their developments, modifications, or improvements shall solely belong to 3DExport or its partners to the fullest extent possible. Compensation may be provided at our discretion.
